Effective communication skills

Soft skills are the personal and social qualities that enable an individual to interact effectively with others, adapt to different situations, and solve problems in creative ways. In other words, they are skills that are not acquired through traditional academic study, but rather through life experiences and ongoing social interactions.

In today's work world, soft skills have become increasingly important, as companies go beyond traditional academic qualifications in selecting employees, and look for individuals with strong soft skills that qualify them to gain the trust of others and improve the atmosphere in which they are present.
